Terms of Service

The terms governing access to and use of Trace by Oronzo LLP.

Effective 22 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms apply when you create an account, access a Trace workspace, or otherwise use the service. If you use Trace for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. Any signed order form or separate agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. Workspace owners control membership, roles, content, configuration, and authorized integrations. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or use Trace unlawfully. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, the service, or third parties.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content submitted to Trace. You grant Oronzo a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and notices required to submit the content.

5. Service and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but may change features, impose reasonable limits, or perform maintenance. Preview, beta, and free capabilities may change or be discontinued. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active subscription term.

6. Fees

The Free plan may be used without payment subject to its limits. Paid plans, when enabled, will be governed by the displayed order, billing period, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. We will not charge a payment method without an authorized purchase flow.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may request additional data-protection and security terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Trace at any time. Workspace owners may initiate organization deletion through supported controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, legal necessity, or harmful use, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Except where prohibited by law, Trace is provided without implied warranties and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any liability cap, governing law, and dispute process in an order form or signed agreement will control; otherwise mandatory applicable law applies.

10. Contact

Questions, notices, or support requests may be sent to [email protected]. Contracting and registered-office details applicable to a paid engagement will be provided in the relevant order or agreement.
